Custom Design Process
Step One
Our Master CAD (Computer Aided Design) team will take your ideas to create a digital and 3-D printed version of your custom piece of jewelry. Our in-store associates will work side-by-side with both you and them, helping to tweak the design to create the perfect piece.
Step Two
Once the drawings and 3-D prints are finished, it's time to come back to our showroom! You'll view your custom piece from multiple angles and hold a wax replica in your hands. This is the perfect time to make any changes to your design that are needed to perfect it.
Step Three
Now that your design is exactly how you envisioned it, our production team gets started. We cast the piece in the precious metal of your choice; stone setting and finishing will be completed by our expert craftsmen with utmost skill and care to bring your jewelry dream to life.
