We went in to look for wedding bands and we are thankful we chose Powell’s. Customer service was great. They were not pushy and very patient. Even got a chance to interact with the owner. Very very nice people there, that made it about us. So thankful we went in. Powell’s is the way to go.

Mike and I have always thot a great deal of Dan and Lynn and of course they go to our church Pathway. We have always felt they are good and honest people. Well since Mike passed over a year and a half ago I had never felt led to take off my wedding rings till last Fri. So I thot at first I would come over and just pick out a nice ring for my left hand ring finger. But then I thot no I wanted to use my marquis that has always meant so much to me. Lynn and another girl---sorry I didn't get her name---looked on her computer screen at different ones. I kind of decided on 1 and then Lynn brought over a ring they had that had been deeply discounted. A beautiful ring and I decided to go with it and have them set my marquis sideways. They said it would be ready by Thurs. but they called today. I came over and got it and think it's just lovely! I have been using Powell Jewelry for years. I have never had a less than excellent experience there. Very professional, polite and well knowledged staff there.

I was greeted quickly when entering the store, in very relaxed and friendly manner. I explained what I was looking for and taken right to it. There were several options for me to choose from and a pretty wide range of prices to choose from. I took my time choosing and was never pressured to make a selection, despite the store being quite busy. I am very happy with my experience and plan to do any future shopping for jewelry here.

Amazing! I took my ring in to get resized and it was ready the next day. The customer service was wonderful and everyone that works there really cares about you and your item.
